13+ miles and 5,000+ft of elevation had everybody walking at some stage.

In and out of snow making lakes at 9,100 ft. They make you wear PFD’s in case you react badly to the cold.

65 mile an hour winds on exiting the swim got you dry pretty quickly. Getting warm was another challenge!

Even the bears came out to watch.

Did some podcast interviews while I was there.

And swung around a lot.
